Shipping Policy
We Ship all over the world. Just add products to your cart and proceed to checkout for a selection of shipping times and rates. We ship via Hong Kong Post Office domestic and international orders. To receive a rate quote directly from us, please email our team at info@iiboyzcandles.com with the products you wish to order and your postal code.

Please note: international packages may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes which are not included in our shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email).

Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third party products.
